An employer (he's a dentist so we can't show his real name, so we'll call him "Kevin") road tests the new streamlined, simpler and less costly agreement making process provided by the new Australian workplace relations system introduced by the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations, who in the interests of economy of scale and clarity we shall also call "Kevin" despite this particular "Kevin" not being a dentist.
"Yes, I happen to believe that young employees like the very nubile and competent Narelle Slocombe here completely support and fully appreciate what represents their best interests when the time comes for their delicately manicured thumbnails dipped in tar to ratify (and we'll have no more rodent jokes around here thank you very much) their workplace agreements with a hasty scribbled X marks the spot. Might I add that it goes without saying that, in a biblical and most respectful ecumenical sense it's been an absolute pleasure, doing the business with our Miss Slocombe. After this photo opportunity expires I believe our Narelle has it pencilled in to drop back into the office over the weekend, at no expense to the business, to peel me a bunch of grapes for next Monday's Professional Development Bungy Jumping and Bonding Session. What a little trooper!"
